I have been having odd technical problems with your podcast, also. If you do decide to keep going with it, you might want to change to a different provider or something. If I want to rewind and listen to something again or stop the podcast and come back later, my iPod just pops back to the podcast menu. I figured it was something wrong with my iPod, but I just got a new one and have the same problem. So I have actually only been able to listen to a couple of the 'casts all the way through. Did not try a re-download; I should do that. I have really enjoyed what I"ve listened to, but I know you have a life, and that's more important.
